Complaint policy

The procedure for applying to complaint about editorial decisions, complaints about the failure of processes such as long delays in handling papers and complaints about publication ethics. We aim to respond quickly, courteously, and constructively. 

An appeal or complaints letter can be submitted to the Editor-in-Chief as soon as possible on the email via; editor@djm.uodiyala.edu.iq  or to the editorial office directly via email; marwa@djm.uodiyala.edu.iq . To have an appeal considered, please provide full details regarding your reasoning for the appeal letter. All appeals are reviewed and discussed during the Journal editorial staff meeting with a final decision communicated to the author via email.
